Sometimes in life you feel like you are getting nowhere fast. Like a silly billy goat that’s been tethered and all you can do is go round and round about the same damn spot..same damn axis…same damn locus every damn day! Clockwise, counter-clockwise, clockwise, counter-clockwise…till it all gets hazy and you get dizzy and you dont know which way to go anymore but it doesnt stop and that feeling, that motion just makes you sick! So you stand still for a moment trying to get some clarity,  then u think: “eureka! I’ve bloody found it! The bloody way out!” so you take the steps forward towards the horizon…the greener grass on the other side seems to be getting closer. Everything looks good and you lose your reasoning and make a sprint for it but alas! You have reached the end of your rope. You feel this sudden choking pain that stops you dead in your tracks and you try with all your might to pull away from it but the harder you try the tighter the hold on you and finaly you cant take it any more: you give up…just when you’ve reached the edge, the borderline between your awful here & now and your better tomorrow. So what do you do? The only thing you can do…go back to going round and round in circles all over again, get tired & sick of that, try to go forward, to break free but get to the end of the tether and the cycle repeats itself. All because you would rather stay there and drive yourself crazy  than take a chance and pull away with all your might…all that you got…no matter how much it may hurt…even if it is by your last breath! Break free from the rope thats holding you and run or stagger or simply just slowly make your way to the other side where it all looks better…or at the very least different. Surely you can! After all this time the rope holding you must be well weathered & worn waiting for that final desperate tug to break it! Thats all it takes. All it takes to get away from the dizzying circles, the dried out grass & the hold over you that really was never that strong to begin with. But watch where you tread…lest you get caught again & endure the same fate all over secured to a new stronger and tighter rope…
